About a month ago I was contacted by a very lovely employee of the LookBookStore.com, which is an online fashion store. Vanessa invited me to be apart of their “blogger program” to help promote a couple of their items. She was nice enough to send me two items for free to enjoy and review for you lovely birds out there! ❤

Seeing as the weather has taken a huge turn and we await the arrival of the snow, the items I chose were to keep warm, but stay fashionable at the same time 😉 . My first item is this “oversized” knit cardigan, now.. It COULD be oversized if I was 5’5″, being 5’8″ though, this is more just a medium-long cardigan. The sleeves don’t reach my wrists which doesn’t really bother me, the zipper is a bit on the cheap side, other than that i love this knit cardigan! ❤ I think it would be even more awesome if it had a hood! Just sayin ❤

This knit cardigan costs $42.00. You can find it here!

My next was my favorite thing on the entire website! Which is this WICKED “Black Faux Fur Coat”. I’m super excited to wear this for halloween, and throughout the winter! This actually keeps me pretty dang warm and fits me PERFECT. This retails at $86.00 & is sooo soft yet fierce!

You can purchase the coat here!:

I love love looove the products I was sent and I highly recommend checking out their selection! Thanks again Vanessa you were very well spoken and understanding to my needs and questions! x

Greeting Lovely Humans

Greetings human friends! I wanted to give a hello to all my followers out there! There are quite a few new followers and I welcome you with both arms wide open. So I welcome you to my blog and hope you have enjoyed your stay so far! My hands are cold typing this and I hope yours are toasty warm while reading.

Oh happy December I am so glad you decided to snow yesterday and today. It wouldn’t have felt like December without waking up to the fluffy white snow outside my cute little house that I share with my boyfriend and new cat – we just adopted (which I will be posting pictures and a blog about him this week!). If you’ve made it this far through the post i’m going to tell you a bit of a secret which is really the farthest thing from a secret now that i’m telling you …Well lets just break the ice 🙂 I’m baked as fok. I personally LOVE to smoke weed and drink tea & coffee, whilst smoking the ganja I love to explore blogs (which is how some of you found my blog!) I love seeing what other people are thinking, having the freedom to type out our thoughts for the world to see, for those who actually want to see, I find very fascinating. I can always find similarities in all of us, as different and strange as we may make ourselves from one another, we can always relate on some term. I promise you that. — So I live out in the mountains eh? Down by the lake, right. A country girl you might call me.. Or perhaps Kootenay girl would be the correct term.

Anyways this is getting out of hand and too many branches to climb so I thank YOU for stopping by and taking a liking to my blog! Please, I welcome you to be as active as you want on my blog! I love reading everything you have to say! I am always looking for a conversation and new things, so please feel free to comment and be active on my blog ❤ If you happen to be a fellow stoner please let me know! We can share stories and fun facts or other silly things and interesting music!

Bye for now!

Recently I’ve been on the hunt for cheap candles in glass container/wear and have found it rather difficult coming across candles that aren’t $10+. Unless of course you are at Dollorama which nothing is less than $3 but sometimes not what you’re looking for. Sometime last week I made my way into town, alllll the way to the Canadian Wholesale and have found these adorable $1.25 vanilla bean “starlytes”. They smell e-x-a-c-t-l-y like vanilla cake with Betty Crocker’s vanilla icing…. You know the one, and they come in these adorable “mason jar” looking containers. LOVE!

Over the past year or so, i’ve been experimenting with different drug store face wash’. I finally feel like I have hit the jack pot with this one! ST.Ives Naturally Clear, Green Tea Scrub, smells absolutely divine. It has a very mild scrub to it, and leaves your face feeling amazingly fresh and soft. It contains salicylic acid which is an acne treatment, which really does make a noticeable difference after washing your face. I’m pretty sure you can pick this up at almost any drug store & I will definitely be picking this one up again.

I got this argan oil for a christmas present, probably about 3 years ago. Which is absolutely ridiculous that I didn’t really start using it until last year. I did come across this product at Wall-Mart for only $10, and I believe that any human that applies heat or dye of any sort should have a bottle of argan oil. It is so unbelievably repairing for dry/fried, dead ends & damage of any kind to the hair. It really leaves your hair feeling healthy, with enough nurture for silky goodness! I brought this to Mexico with me last November and this helped save my hair from sun damage & all the salt water swimming can be harsh on your hair. I’ve been using it ever since. Also this bottle will last you what will seem for ever, I only use a drop ever time I get out of the shower. I do find if i use too much (over 2 drops) it can leave me hair feeling a bit oily, hence the argan “oil”.

If you come across this white tea & blueberry at the store, pick it up! It is sooo yummy! The only ingredients are filtered water, cane sugar, white tea, natural blueberry flavour and citcric acid. They also have just a regular ice tea which is also delicious. Random, simple and very worth trying 😉

Sweet Tuesday Evenings.

Sweet Tuesday Evenings.

Hello lovely birds, I apologize for my absence and leaving all you lovely people hanging. Although I didn’t want to bore you with photo’s of myself all the time and look like some snobby self struck young woman who can’t get enough of herself. Which I am not for the record.

I did feel that this photo is worth sharing though, it was taken only about an hour ago when it was still light out.. I just realized its only 8:44 PM and it’s already pretty dark out :C That makes me a little sad in the heart.. August has definitely taken a turn towards Autumn. In July it was light out until about 10PM! Which was amazing. But I guess summer is almost over, so we better enjoy our last summer days while they last. I, myself will be spending most of my Summer and Autumn working indoors sadly enough. I hope the outcome is lots of money and wishing to move to Vancouver maybe for Winter & Spring, but we will see where life takes me.

Feeling a bit more confident today, after work I got all dolled up, thought my boyfriend may be going boating so I thought that would be my chance to film a video.. But he didn’t want to go without me (which is lame) but I don’t blame him because i’m fabulous. So I only got around to taking some photos and this is my favorite out of tonight’s bunch. However, another day passes and I have yet again failed myself and whom ever out there actually wants to see a new video from me. Maybe tomorrow? It’s too dark now and I don’t have good lighting in my house 😦

A random Tuesday off.

Had a nice trip to town with my boyfriend today. Went for a visit at my parents house which they had set up a birthday treasure hunt (birthday was last Monday) which resulted in me receiving $240 for my bday present 😊

We ate at el taco, a Mexican restaurant in town. I had the one pound seafood burrito. Delish.

I missed yesterday’s photo even though its only day 3 (laughs pathetically at my failure) however my excuse is I was in pain the entire day, I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder. My left arm was numb and in some sort of strange pain. Anywho, I slept with my arm down last night because I always sleep on my stomach with my arms up above my head, and I am better today 😊

I hope everyone had a lovely Tuesday!
Oh ya, and we went for a car wash ride (picture below)

Small Collective Haul: June 2013

I cannot believe how fast June is flying by.. it’s kind of sad because i had all these things i wanted to accomplish this month and haven’t really found time for anything. Not to mention this is my fourth time trying to post this mother fuckin blawg. I put quite a bit of time into it the first 3 times.. Then i pressed published and it would be empty, so i am smart enough to copy this post at least this time.. Hoping i won’t have to paste it in 20 minutes.. Anywho! On with the blog!

Claw Bracelet I ordered off of ebay, unfortunately the store I ordered off of is no longer on ebay for what ever reason, but i’m sure you can find loads of cheap ones on there! As for the mascara wasn’t a favorite of mine, for those who want big, bold, butterfly flapping eyelashes like myself, this is not for you. Suggestions are welcome!

The Sunglasses are from Forever 21, the link is in my previous blog ;3

I picked up some AG hair products finally, because i’m soo fucking tired of wasting my money on all these drugstore products to only have them disappoint me in the end. (long time AG lover, just broke as a joke so haven’t been able to afford anything nice until currently)Anyone out there that may be reading this.. Give up the drugstore products you and i both know that there is no hope. As for the bath bomb, i haven’t had a bath bomb since like.. junior high or even elementary possibly, so i’m excited to use this in the near future. ImageImageImageImage

Will be doing review on hair products in the future n_n

Aside from the flailing of a crazy woman..

Other than my not so productive slacking of awesomeness, the sun has been blazing this past week. My shoulders are a deep red of tenderness and i am feeling rather creative. I figured it was time to pull my big girl socks up (even though i wore my sandles all day barefoot) and update my portfolio.

I did a wicked “ghetto fabulous” <– through my eyes may not appeal to yours, photoshoot with the beautiful Sarah Orton from the ever so awesome band i did the album artwork for earlier this year Tofu Stravinsky. The photo’s hopefully will be up by next week (well at least some of the best ones from the day! Mmm.. i all of a sudden had a mind fart..

I also helped the band spice up their t-shirts so they will have wicked merch for their summer tour! i’ll make sure to post the dates for anyone who’s in more of the western part of Canada.

Night my crazies xoo
